CREDIT CARD
The credit card provided by the time of booking must be presented at check in time. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided and charge the first night 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
SPECIAL RESERVATIONS
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, special conditions and additional charges may apply.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED
Cots are free of charge for children up to 2 years.
Children up to 3 years can stay free of charge using the existing bed.
If an extra bed is required, a daily charge will be applied (+15% of the base rate per person). This extra charge will be automatically added at the rate and included in the final cost of the stay of your booking.
Extra beds or cots are under request and subject to availability.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 15.00h. Check-out time is 11.00h.
TAXES
Room rates include 10% VAT.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in all hotel premises. Only guide dogs are accepted.
